Research Summary

The environmental crises we face challenge us to change how we relate to nature. I study the history of concepts of nature, of natural and technological systems, and of human beings. I also work on relationships between community and organizational systems and the climate system, concentrating on climate justice issues and policy for the clean energy transition.
