Jeff D. Yanosky's research interests focus on the statistical modeling of air pollutant concentrations, including fine and coarse mode particulate matter, ozone, nitrogen oxides, ultrafine particles, carbon monoxide and other pollutants, in order to better understand both acute and chronic human exposures and their impacts on human health. He is currently developing GIS-based spatio-temporal statistical models of air pollutant concentrations that can be used to improve understanding of the relationship between chronic air pollution exposure and several aspects of human health.
