Research Summary

My primary research centers on the concept of policy diffusion, namely how new policy ideas do and do not spread among governmental bodies. I specifically focus on the American states, but am also familiar with cross-national policy transfer. Energy and environmental policy are two of my policy-specific areas of interest and expertise.
