The Mandel/Thermo AQF-5000H is used to support an analytical screening technique to LC-MS/MS for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Specifically, it is used to determine total adsorbable organic fluorine (AOF) as an indicator of the presence of fluorinated compounds.
