Location
N201 Millennium Science Complex

An American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held at the Millennium Science Complex on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Time and location:

  • Thursday, August 26, 2021
  • 9:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • N201 Millennium Science Complex
  • Sponsored by MRI, SSRI, Huck, IEE, ICDS, and the OSVPR

The doors of the MSC will once again be open for the day of the blood drive—but please remember, masks are required!

Remember, a single blood donation can help save up to three lives—every donor and every pint counts!

This drive is part of the “Bleed Blue” campaign—when you donate at a “Bleed Blue” drive, you will be entered to win a Penn State Football Experience package!

[IMPORTANT NOTE: Though walk-in donations will be accepted, please make an appointment
for your donation if at all possible--this will ensure that we are adequately staffed to
accommodate everyone who wishes to donate, as the Red Cross staffs the drive based upon
the number of appointments made in advance--thanks!]

Make your appointment for our August Blood Drive today! Both whole blood and power red
donations will be accepted.
~~Donation is easy and takes no more than one hour of your time (about 1 ½ hrs. for power
reds).

A list of blood drives in our area will come up; choose 'Millennium Science Complex' on August 26. Click to schedule an appointment on the left; you will need to create a username and password the first time. For subsequent donations, you will be able to log in to your own page and go from there. Click the time you want for your appointment, and you will receive a confirming email. You are going to save a life!

*Appointments are strongly encouraged‐‐here is why: Staffing for the drive is based on how many
appointments are made prior to the drive, so while walk‐ins will be accommodated, we are more likely to stay on schedule if the majority of donors have appointments.

2. Read the information
3. Answer the questions
4. Print the pass or email it to themselves
NOTE: Rapid Pass must be done on the day of your donation (cannot be completed prior to that date to be valid).
