The Adsorption Unit TXA-04 is the front-end sample preparation system for the determination of Adsorbable Organic Fluorine (AOF) in support of EPA Method 1621. The TXA-04 uses activated carbon columns to adsorb organic fluorine compounds from water samples. This step isolates the AOF fraction from the sample matrix.
